You're a student. What happens when you graduate?: You own every account, and you get a written record of how the site is set up, so anyone can take it over. If you're on the care plan, I keep it running.
Can I change the site myself?: Small changes are an email away, and the care plan covers them. If you want to edit pages yourself, say so in your request and I'll recommend a setup that allows it.
